I am now offering a web design service to the public. My design philosophy is simple. Fast loading pages and excellent search engine exposure. I want people to find your page near the top of the major search engines after a search. I want your page to look good on all browsers and monitors. I want the colors and fonts to be displayed as designed. That means simplicity of design is the rule. Although flashing pictures and big graphics are nice, they load slowly. The rule of thumb is 15 seconds to load content or the person moves on. It's happened to you.
