Many people are curious about how a sculpture is created.   Most artists are very familiar with the two questions: "How did you think of that?" and "How long did it take to make it?"  What I would like to do is show a very detailed sequence of pictures and text of just how I do it.  The sculpture "Evolution" (working title is "Birdform 1")is a bronze sculpture cast using the lost wax process.   It is about 8 feet tall.  This is a work in progress.  I will add to the sequence as it progresses and upon completion there will be a complete record of how a bronze sculpture is made and the many steps that go into the process.  Click on the "Concept" button to start the tour.  Clicking on the thumbnail brings up a larger picture.
